Felix is free for vendors who have been invited to join by a client using our solution to manage their vendors.
You will only need to complete onboarding once to enable your client to access your information across all their projects for purchasing, contracting, and tendering purposes.
If you have multiple clients using the Felix platform, you will need to complete the onboarding process for each client.
No. The signup and approval process only prequalifies your business to work with a specific organisation. Work will still be awarded through standard competitive quoting.
If the organisation you're working with chooses to invite their vendors directly, you'll receive a first-time email from Felix (info@felix.net) welcoming you to the platform and providing you with login instructions.
If you cannot locate the invitation email in your inbox, please check all other folders (including spam). If you’re still unable to locate it, contact Felix support from 7am to 7pm AEST on (07) 3062 8260 or help@felix.net.
Felix’s friendly support team should be your first point of contact if you have any questions or issues during your onboarding, or at any time using the platform. Our team is available from 7am to 7pm AEST on (07) 3062 8260 or help@felix.net.
While you may have already provided information to your inviting organisation, you may be required to submit the same information and/or documentation when you onboard in the Felix platform.
This is done to provide a centralised location for your client to track and monitor your information and compliance documentation.
It also enables Felix to notify you each time your information/documentation requires an update, ensuring you don’t miss out on work opportunities due to incomplete information or expired compliance documentation.
"Vendors who use the program to respond to RFQs have noted that it has made it much easier to submit quotations. Vendors have also said that having their compliance documents located centrally within the platform have been beneficial to them as a business."
